The Position

What you'll own as a Financial & Tax Associate

This full-time role is suited for individuals who want to develop into a well-rounded Financial & Tax professional in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

You will manage financial administrations with a focus on accuracy, structure, and timeliness, while gaining exposure to financial reporting, tax compliance, tax reviews, due diligence, and client-specific cases.

Full-Time HBO Level Finance & Tax Client Exposure On-Site Curaçao

You'll be responsible for

  • —Managing and maintaining complete financial administrations
  • —Performing bank reconciliations and control checks
  • —Preparing and contributing to monthly financial reports
  • —Contributing to the preparation of financial statements
  • —Managing client communication and financial follow-ups
  • —Supporting tax-related work and compliance processes
  • —Working directly on real client cases and business challenges

What you bring

  • —HBO degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics, Fiscaal-Economie, or similar
  • —1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial administration, audit, or tax
  • —Affinity with taxation and financial compliance
  • —Familiarity with accounting systems
  • —Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • —Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • —Clear and professional communication

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where accuracy, accountability, and consistency are essential.
