Our Offer.

As an Admin/Bookkeeper Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting team by handling essential administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record financial transactions, expenses, and adjustments within our accounting software, helping maintain up-to-date and error-free records.
  • Support accountant in preparing reports, summaries, and client presentations.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to bookkeeping, filing, payments, and financial documents, ensuring excellent service and accurate responses.
  • Assist with tax filings for multiple clients, including gathering required client financial data and organizing supporting records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing relevant financial data and documentation.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, investigating differences, and verifying the accuracy of transaction records.
  • Organize, file, and maintain financial documents and reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy in employee hours, wages, and deductions and with tax filings
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently, supporting various financial and administrative initiatives as needed.

Experience:

  • Minimum completed MBO+ degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role.
  • Experience with accounting/bookkeeping systems: Quickbooks, Zoho Books or similar.
  • Experience in processing incoming and outgoing invoices, bank transactions & reconciliation, and preparing financial reports.
  • Experience in accounts receivable and payable management.
  • Experience with tax filings and year-end closings is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines efficiently.
